1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking a Strategic Navigation session, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. 24-Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To maintain the structural integrity of our scheduling, Grace & Reed requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  • Late Cancellations: Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session rate of $125.
  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice results in the forfeiture of the full session fee.
  • Emergencies: We understand that true emergencies happen. Accommodations may be made at the sole discretion of Grace & Reed.

3. The Milestone Discount Program

The “Earned Partner Rates” ($100 after 5 sessions and $85 after 10) are a reward for consistency and commitment to the ACTIVE Blueprintâ„¢.

  • Eligibility: Discounts are applied automatically once the milestone session is reached.
  • Non-Transferable: These rates are individual and cannot be transferred to other clients or organizations.

4. Intellectual Property

The ACTIVE Blueprintâ„¢ and all related materials, “Success Cues,” and strategic roadmaps provided during coaching are the intellectual property of Grace & Reed. These materials are for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Grace & Reed provides organizational architecture and executive function coaching. We are not responsible for individual business outcomes, academic grades, or personal life decisions made by the client. As stated in our Professional Disclaimer, our services do not constitute medical or legal advice.
